A collaborative program presented by the Massachusetts Bar Association's Probate Law Section and the Boston Bar Association's Trust and Estates Section

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Probate Law Section Council, along with the Boston Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section, is pleased to bring its “Joint Probate Bench/Bar” program back for a second year. The Joint Probate Bench/Bar program provides insights for new attorneys and seasoned litigators practicing in the areas of guardianship, probate, trust and elder law.

Probate Law Section Council Chair Kevin Diamond and Howard Castleman of the Boston Bar Association will moderate a panel discussion with the chief justice of the Probate and Family Court and several first justices. This 60-minute program will be followed by a wine and cheese reception with faculty members.

Space is limited. We strongly recommend attendees register in advance.

This program is free for Boston Bar Association members. Please contact MBA Member Services at (617) 338-0530.
