Planning for the future and potentially lifelong care of special needs children can be daunting. Those challenges often multiply when parents with special needs children separate and pursue a divorce. Without the benefit of a typical child emancipation timeline vis-a-vis child support, divorced parents may end up financially tied to each other for their lifetimes.

Join our panel of experts as they explore strategies for advising divorcing parents of special needs children, including ways to plan for their children's future needs and how to meet those needs financially.

The panel will also discuss how the Probate and Family Court may address this important issue absent an agreement of the parties.
