Get a handle on the issues surrounding informed consent in incapacitated patients. Featured speaker William S. Carroll currently represents Boston-area hospitals in the appointment of personal representatives for patients in need of care or placement who are incapacitated and unable to speak for themselves.

This presentation will address several key topics, including:
