Hear from two experienced and accomplished valuation/damages experts as they provide a primer on essential topics for commercial litigators. Learn how to effectively cross-examine an opposing valuation/damages expert, and the special considerations and methodologies associated with performing valuations of young companies. 

Professor Israel Shaked of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and the Michel-Shaked Group will draw from his years of experience in academia and litigation consulting to provide you essential tips for effectively cross-examining the opposition's valuation and damages expert.
