Despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, the Massachusetts Bar
Association’s Health Law Section has rescheduled its 2020 Health Law Conference
for Friday, Dec. 4. The conference was originally scheduled to take place in
April 2020 and will now be available in a virtual setting to protect the program
presenters and attendees.
This year’s faculty includes speakers from the U.S. Department of Justice,
the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, the Board of Registration in
Medicine and the Board of Bar Overseers, as well as private sector attorneys who
deal with compliance issues.
