Increasing Opportunities for Lawyers Through Shared Expertise

Attorney Collaborations and Ethics, part of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Resilient Lawyer Series, will discuss the benefits, elements and ethics involved in collaborating on cases with other lawyers from outside your office and the market for those services in the Massachusetts legal community.

Presented in collaboration with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers/the Massachusetts Law Office Management Assistance Program, The Resilient Lawyer Series, launched in October 2020, is a series of programs designed to guide new and experienced attorneys through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic recession. Through multiple virtual events, our experts will provide a wealth of information to help you start, expand or pivot a practice; break into other practice areas; and otherwise adjust to the current legal landscape.

Become a resilient lawyer and learn new skills and career development techniques to respond to the downturn in business while growing and adapting your practice in the new normal.

This session will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education. The email will be sent before the program.
