Join us for the first of a monthly brown bag/roundtable series addressing the new reality of online dispute resolution. The panel, composed of an experienced dispute resolution professional and experienced attorneys, will discuss the pros and cons of online dispute resolution in civil litigation. The panelists will outline tips and traps of using Zoom (and other platforms), as well as substantive issues relevant to civil litigation practice.
