The Massachusetts Bar Association's Labor & Employment Section is proud
to present the 47th Annual Robert Fuchs Labor Law Conference virtually this
year. The conference will highlight a year of significant legal developments and
provide a forecast of possible changes under the new administration. Do not miss
this exclusive opportunity to learn from the leaders of the labor bar.
Lauren McFerran, recently appointed by President Joe
Biden as the chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), will be our
keynote speaker.
Other conference highlights include the annual presentation of the Robert
