Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association's
Development and Construction Law Practice Group for a webinar that will review
the key program components and requirements for participation in
government-operated Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise (DBE) programs.
The webinar will focus on federal,
state and municipal entities that operate these programs to increase the
participation of MBE, WBE and DBE firms in the public construction and
procurement process. The program will highlight how agencies operate their
programs and determine goals for M/W/DBE participation; the process for
certification; and the regulations, requirements and enforcement actions
implemented in the programs.
