Just over 100 days
into the new Biden/Harris Administration, significant changes have occurred and are expected in
the area of labor and employment law at the state and federal
levels.
This program will delve into the myriad changes afoot in Washington (at the
Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, National
Labor Relations Board, etc.), and the ways in which decisions within the
administration, and in Congress, will impact labor and employment practice, both
now and in the years to come.
This session was hosted using Zoom.
