Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Judicial Administration Section, the Bar Association of Norfolk County and J. Tucker Merrigan as he discusses technology in the county courthouses with local judges. This program will discuss filing logistics, such as:

  • E-filing
  • Emergency filings
  • Color
  • Need for paper documents
  • Electronic service

Other topics they will explore are Zoom's use in civil proceedings, hybrid court proceedings, technology in the courtroom, dealing with technological mishaps and exhibits.
