The Massachusetts Bar Association's Solo/Small Firm Law Practice Management Section along with immigration attorney Catherine Macris will present a program that will focus on attracting and retaining foreign talent, including an overview of visa options, legal obligations and sponsorship policies. This program will also focus on:

  • Identifying the immigration impact of workplace developments
  • Discussing the intersections between immigration law and other practice areas
  • Ensuring immigration compliance through shifting economic conditions
