This program will provide an overview of the statute and practice tips for sealing and expunging criminal and juvenile cases. Panelists will cover the recent changes and updates to CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) sealing and expungement, including the Supreme Judicial Court’s recent decisions and new legislation passed in 2022.
