A World Cafe interactive session

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Council and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee have worked closely with the Executive Office of the Trial Court, to design an interactive, World Cafe-style program to:

  • Engage the dispute resolution community members and stakeholders in conversations around the strengths, challenges and potential solutions for addressing barriers to DEI in dispute resolution
  • Bring together and facilitate dialogue between dispute resolution leadership with DR members and stakeholders to develop a greater understanding of everyone’s experiences
  • Identify areas of focus for strategic planning for the DR Section Council and the MBA to address these barriers

The MBA and the DR Section have the power to make change, and with your help and input, this program will serve as a resource for developing ways to move forward our efforts to being more diverse, inclusive and equitable.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28, to participate in this program. An email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password will be sent before the program.
