Effective Jan. 1, 2025, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 209C has been significantly revised and updated to more accurately reflect the diverse ways individuals can become parents. This panel will offer a comprehensive overview of the upcoming changes to Chapter 209C and discuss their implications for family law practitioners.
