Expand your family law practice by adding collaborative law and mediation. Family law attorneys know that some cases require the court's assistance, and others can and should resolve without court intervention. Mediation and collaborative law are tools to offer clients seeking to minimize court involvement. Jennifer Hawthorne Kelsey and Justin Kelsey will discuss their different career paths leading to a successful practice dedicated to collaborative divorce and mediation.
