Nominate an attorney for an Outstanding Young Lawyer Award by April 7

The deadline to submit nominations for the MBA Outstanding Young Lawyer Award is April 7. The Outstanding Young Lawyer Award is given to a young lawyer who has demonstrated outstanding character, leadership and legal achievement, and has contributed service to the community. The award will be presented at the 2017 MBA Annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner. Click here for a nomination form. NOTE: The application includes fillable fields and may require a PDF reader.

The Young Lawyers Division will select one member of the Massachusetts Bar Association who has been in practice for fewer than 10 years and who has made a significant contribution to the legal profession by:

  • Providing outstanding legal services
  • Enhancing the image of the legal profession
  • Serving the ideals embodied by the MBA

Nominations are due by 5 p.m., on Friday, April 7.
