Serving membership and the public
MBA staff conduct business at both the MBA's headquarters in
Boston and its satellite office in Springfield. Departments include
the Executive Offices; Legislative Activities and General Counsel;
Fiscal Operations and Business Development; Programs and Services;
Media and Communications; Community and Public Services; and
Information Technology/Business Systems. All departments can be
accessed by calling the MBA at (617) 338-0500, from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m., Monday through Friday.
MBA staff cannot answer legal questions nor answer questions
regarding individual attorneys and lawyer discipline issues;
however, take advantage of the MBA
Lawyer Referral Service, or visit the Massachusetts
Board of Bar Overseers web site.
