The Massachusetts Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service is one of the largest legal referral services in the nation. The LRS is a unique member benefit that has helped countless lawyers build their client base and expand their practices.

NOTE: The MBA will not process received LRS applications for the 2012 -2013 year until Feb. 1, 2012.

Since its inception in 1974, the LRS has helped thousands of people find attorney representation and legal resources. Each day, LRS representatives carefully screen approximately 200 calls from the public. Referrals are based on the nature of the caller's legal issue, as well as their geographic location and financial situation.
