Edward Notis-McConarty, chair
Edward Notis-McConarty has been a partner at Boston's Hemenway & Barnes since 1985, where he has concentrated his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, probate litigation, personal injury and tort claims, dispute resolution and fiduciary work. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Probate Law
The Probate Law Section concentrates on legal and practical issues in the areas of estate planning, elder law and probate administration and litigation. Section members are involved in Probate Court procedures; shaping legislation and practice methods that update and improve practice areas.
