MBA Marathon Bombing Victims Legal Assistance Program
The Massachusetts Bar Association continues to offer legal
assistance to victims of the bombings at the Boston Marathon finish
line. The MBA will provide legal counsel to assist victims of the
Marathon bombing to pursue claims for financial assistance or
services that may be available from the One Fund, from the Victims
of Violent Crime Assistance Fund or other organizations. The MBA
will also consider requests for legal assistance for any need that
arises from the Marathon bombing.

How to Volunteer
The volunteer lawyer effort is being led by Paul White of
Sugarman, Rogers, Barshak & Cohen in Boston with assistance
from MBA officers and staff. Lawyers interested in assisting with
