This is the third and final program in a three-part series covering the essentials of successful mediations and arbitrations. Panelists will include distinguished mediators and/or arbitrators who will bring their experience and wisdom to help practitioners succeed.

Part III of the series will focus on the essentials of arbitration.

The Young Lawyers Division and Dispute Resolution Section will be providing a networking reception after the program for all attendees.
