Controlling Your Case with the New Superior Court Rules

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration Section is very pleased to bring its “View from the Bench” program series to Essex County. View from the Bench programs provide valuable insights for new attorneys and seasoned litigators, allowing for an opportunity to pose questions to a judicial panel in a comfortable and confidential environment.

Thomas M. Bond, Esq. will moderate a panel discussion with sitting judges, who will address:

  • The new Superior Court rules
  • Final trial conferences
  • Motions in limine
  • New rules on impoundment
