Organizing and Presenting Your Case at Trial

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Judicial Administration and Civil Litigation sections, along with the Young Lawyers Division, are pleased to present the “View from the Bench” program series. View from the Bench programs provide valuable insight for new attorneys and seasoned litigators, and give attendees an opportunity to learn from prominent members of the bench and bar in a comfortable and confidential environment.

Topics will include common mistakes made in presenting trial evidence. Questions from the audience will be entertained throughout the program.

Massachusetts Bar Association Treasurer Thomas M. Bond will moderate a panel of experts including:
