  • State of the District
  • Interactive session with Chapter 7 trustees to discuss legal and practical issues relating to a hypothetical Chapter 7 debtor’s request to continue running its business
  • "They Sold My House -- And You Said It Was Safe!" -- a Chapter 7 trustee’s ability to sell real estate that is encumbered by a recorded lien and subject to a declaration of homestead -- 11 U.S.C. 724
  • Case law updates
