Understanding and effectively litigating "business tort" claims is an essential skill for any business litigator.

Come learn from a panel of seasoned practitioners and experts about the special considerations when litigating business tort claims, which include:

  • Fraud and misrepresentation
  • Interference with contract
  • Breach of fiduciary duty

This program will focus on practical strategies for litigating business torts (from the perspective of both plaintiff and defendant), including when and why you might bring these claims, how to plead them, how to defeat them, how to get the evidence you need and how to prove damages.
