The Massachusetts Bar Association's Solo/Small Firm Law Practice Management Section hopes everyone is well and safe during these unprecedented times. It is unfortunate to see how the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is impacting all of us, particularly attorneys who run solo/small law firms.

We have brought back our popular “Water Cooler” program series to provide you the information and support you may need to manage your practices. Our panelists will discuss and answer your questions on different mechanisms that the government has instituted to help the country rebound from this crisis, as well as current options to assist you and your law firm with cash flow issues, including:

  • The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan program
  • SBA Paycheck Protection Program
  • Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program

Please submit questions for the panelists by 11 a.m. on Friday, May 1, to education@massbar.org. In addition, panelists will take questions during the webinar.

This program is sponsored by the MBA’s Solo/Small Firm Law Practice Management Section in collaboration with the Massachusetts Law Office Management Assistance Program.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 11 a.m. on Friday, May 1, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent after 11 a.m. on May 1.
