The Massachusetts Bar Association presents an update to its earlier program on the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). On May 20, 2020, the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Treasury released forgiveness regulations for the PPP. Loans under the PPP were 100 percent guaranteed by the SBA, and the full principal amount of the loans may qualify for loan forgiveness. The interim final rule supplements previous regulations and guidance on the discrete issues related to loan forgiveness.

Join Matthew L. Mitchell for this important update on PPP forgiveness regulations. Please submit questions for Mitchell by 11 a.m. on Friday, June 5, to education@massbar.org. In addition, Mitchell will take questions during the webinar.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 11 a.m. on Friday, June 5, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent after 11 a.m. on June 5.
