The Massachusetts Bar Association, in collaboration with
the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, the Boston Lawyers Group, the
Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys, and the Supreme Judicial Court
Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being, is proud to offer a FREE program series
to support law school graduates who are facing unprecedented uncertainty this
year.
Session III: Securing a Job in an Economic Downturn After the
Exam
This program offers advice for recent law school graduates on
how to find a position in a difficult job market. Our expert panelists will
discuss how to distinguish yourself from other applicants, connect and
communicate with prospective employers online, and pursue traditional and
non-traditional career paths.
They will provide tips and best
practices for online job interviews and discuss legal fields that could see an
increase of business due to the pandemic.
This session will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required
by 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, to participate in this program. After
you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar
Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent
after 10 a.m. on Oct. 15.
