How Technology and the Pandemic Have Triggered A DR Evolution

Join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution (DR) Section as we virtually celebrate Conflict Resolution Day.

During this program, the MBA will honor the memory and legacy of Frank Sander, a luminary in the field of conflict resolution, by presenting its MBA Professor Frank E.A. Sander Award in Dispute Resolution to Hon. John Cratsley (ret).

An expert panel will also discuss how virtual technology has changed the landscape, expanded the toolbox and affected the future outlook for DR. The program will conclude with a discussion of wellness for DR practitioners and others who use virtual technology in their practices.

The event will also pay tribute to Christopher P. Kauders, an icon in the field of dispute resolution, who passed away in 2021.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent before the program on Oct. 21.
