The Massachusetts Bar Association's Labor & Employment Section is proud to welcome back the legal community in person to the 50th Annual Robert Fuchs Labor Law Conference on Feb. 15, 2024, at Suffolk University Law School.

This year, the conference co-chairs invited National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Chair Lauren M. McFerran and member Marvin E. Kaplan as our keynote speakers.

McFerran served as a member of the NLRB from Dec. 17, 2014, until Dec. 16, 2019. On July 29, 2020, the Senate confirmed her renomination as a board member for a term expiring on Dec. 16, 2024.

Kaplan has served as a member of the NLRB since Aug. 10, 2017. On July 29, 2020, the Senate confirmed him for another term of five years expiring Aug. 27, 2025.
