COVID-19 Update: Massachusetts residents can now vote by mail

On Monday, Gov. Charlie Baker signed into law a new measure that expands in-person voting and allows all Massachusetts voters to vote by mail. In May, the Massachusetts Bar Association’s House of Delegates voted to endorse a Resolution on 2020 Election Reform and advocate for passage of critically needed emergency legislation to maximize voting, voting options and voter/poll-worker safety for the 2020 elections in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
