The theme of the MBA's 12th Annual In-House Counsel Conference
is "Compliance and Risk Management" -- a critical challenge for
in-house counsel. This popular program will present in-house
counsel with information and insight from in-house practitioners,
outside counsel and experts in selected areas. Conference panels
will focus on the challenges of avoiding serious consequences by
sustaining a corporate-wide culture of compliance in the face of
changing regulatory landscapes, mobile workforce, and the risk
environment.
Join us on Friday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MBA in
