MBA Past President Richard K. Donahue
Massachusetts Bar Association Past President Richard K. Donahue
has died. A former MBA Gold Medal winner, Donahue was MBA president
from 1970-1972.
Paul R. Sugarman, another former MBA president, told the
Boston Globe in an article that appeared today: "Dick was
an elegant guy. As a lawyer, you'd have a hard time finding
somebody who had more talent. When you had a tough problem, this
was the guy you went to for advice. As a lawyer, as a bar leader,
he was always ahead of his time."
