Registration is now open for the annual Talk to the Hill for Civil Legal Aid, which will take place virtually at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26.
Co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association, the event will bring together attorneys, law students and other supporters to advocate for increased funding for civil legal services throughout the commonwealth. Following the speaking portion of the program, attendees are encouraged to contact their legislators and ask them to support the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation's $49 million budget request for fiscal year 2024.
