On Wednesday, March 13, the MBA's ADR Committee invited David A.
Hoffman, a mediator, arbitrator, attorney and founding member of
Boston Law Collaborative LLC to speak at the committee's Best
Practices portion of the meeting. The discussion surrounded the
topic of "Mediator as Moral Witness: Navigating the Risky Shoals of
'Right' and 'Wrong.'"
