Please join the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section for a round table discussion regarding current legislative initiatives affecting the workplace, and featuring the chairs of the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development. This event will include discussion and updates on many legislative initiatives, including the following:

  • Legislation relating to non-competition agreements in the workplace
  • Legislation addressing non-discrimination and sexual harassment investigations and training in the workplace
  • Legislation establishing paid (and unpaid) family and medical leave

Our panelists will discuss the status of various initiatives and provide insight and analysis versions of pending bills, likelihood of passage and roadblocks to passage. Don’t miss this opportunity to have your questions addressed and to network with other practitioners.
