Problems with breath testing
machines

"If there was knowledge of this prior and it did
not get brought forward, you have to question why it did not get
brought forward."
MBA President-elect Robert
W. Harnais, MetroWest Daily News, August 8
Harnais was quoted in a story about ongoing problems with breath
testing machines across the state. According to this story,
officials at the Office of Alcohol Testing were aware of software
errors with breath testing machines as early as February 2014. This
story also ran in several other news outlets.
