MBA member Dean P. Phelps has joined Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP in Boston as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group. He will focus on assisting clients with identifying and procuring patent rights for a variety of technologies.
Phelps comes to Posternak with a deep background in the chemical and biomolecular sciences, having worked as a researcher at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals before becoming a lawyer.
Barnstable County
Cape Mediation’s Conciliation Coordinator, MBA member Anne R. Tessier, attorney/conciliator, has announced the expansion of her organization's court-connected Conciliation Program. Following a successful first year providing conciliation services in the civil session of the Barnstable District Court, conciliation services will now be offered on the first and third Monday of each month in Orleans District Court, as well as on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in Barnstable.

Honor Roll Firm announcements are also encouraged.
*Awards should not include mentions in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, AV ratings and other list-type awards due to the large number of attorneys who receive them.
