MBA members John K. Babcock and Amy B. Parker have been unanimously elected as new partners at Morrison Mahoney LLP in Boston.
Babcock defends individual, charitable and corporate clients in medical and professional liability cases. He also represents clients in products and premises liability cases, and is a member of the firm’s Education Law practice group.
Parker practices civil defense litigation, with a focus on medical professional liability and premises liability, in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She defends nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care agencies, medical professionals, businesses and individuals in a wide range of matters involving medical malpractice, vertical transportation (elevator/escalator accidents), employment law, wrongful death, landlord-tenant and transportation.
