USDC announces changes to fee schedule; Attorney vacancies at the U.S. Department of Justice

The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts is advising attorneys that the Judicial Conference recently approved changes to the District Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (28 U.S.C. § 1914). The changes become effective on Dec. 1, 2020, and are listed on the court's website.

The U.S. Department of Justice has numerous attorney vacancies. All interested applicants are encouraged to apply, but due to temporary funding restrictions, the department may not be able to fill all of the currently advertised positions.
