Director of corporate securities and compliance at Rapid7

Rapid7, a cybersecurity company located in Boston, is seeking a director of corporate securities and compliance.  

The director will engage directly with leaders across the company to understand company priorities and goals, trends in the business, and other issues facing Rapid7's employees and business. The company is seeking a senior attorney to be a key member of the Rapid7 legal team and manage public company reporting, securities law compliance, financings, and other general corporate and compliance matters. This position will also assist in providing legal guidance and support to a broad range of functions across the business, taking into account their various needs to achieve the company's business objectives.

Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts bar (or equivalent with an in-house waiver/registration), have six-plus years of experience at an in-house legal department or law firm, and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and regulations of the SEC under those acts, and of the requirements of NASDAQ, as well as Sarbanes Oxley.
