This week, try to complete your workouts throughout the day. If you find you are always facing a time crunch, the best way to approach your 30-minute workouts may be to break them down into small segments throughout the day. Try these office exercises for an opportunity to quickly challenge your cardio system in 10 minutes (and repeat throughout the day).
