"Massachusetts Bar Association honors Berkshire Center for Justice Director Eve Schatz," The Berkshire Eagle (March 17). MBA member Eve Schatz was the subject of a feature article on her selection for the MBA Access to Justice Legal Services Award.
"Appeals Court OKs delay in husband’s alimony reduction," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 15). MBA member Maria L. Remillard commented on an Appeals Court decision finding that the start of a husband's reduced alimony obligation could be delayed five months because he was still receiving capital gains income from the sale of an asset assigned to him in his divorce.
"Circumstantial proof saves suit against cyber attackers," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (March 15). MBA members David H. Rich, Leonard H. Kesten and Joseph J. Laferrera were quoted in an article about a federal judge's decision regarding the use of circumstantial evidence in a case involving anonymous cyber attacks.
