Probate and Family Court
- Probate and Family Court Repeals Probate and Family Court Standing Order 1-2022: Court Operations Under the Exigent Circumstances Created by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Probate and Family Court will revert to Standing Order 1-2021 for its operating procedures and the protocols for Standing Order 1-2021 will also be in effect.
U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts
Updates regarding the state court system's response to the COVID-19 pandemic are available on the court's website, including an updated list of temporary court closures and a compilation of Daily Court Updates.
