Cramb commented on a Supreme Judicial Court decision that a commercial general liability policy did not cover counsel fees for insureds who were found liable under Chapter 93A for breach of warranty resulting in bodily injury.

Novitch discussed a Supreme Judicial Court decision that the litigation privilege completely immunizes an attorney from claims that he committed fraud in his client's divorce in an effort to place martial assets beyond the reach of creditors.
