Water plays a vital role in the proper functioning of our bodies. It is advised that women drink roughly 11 cups of water per day and 16 for men. Not all the water we drink needs to come from plain water; it can be infused or even come from coffee or tea (in moderation). For more on the importance of hydration, click here.
