"Building contractor’s suit against insurer revived,"

discussed an Appeals Court decision that a general contractor for a construction project could sue a subcontractor's insurance carrier for delayed payment of costs incurred in litigating a personal injury claim that it had agreed to defend and indemnify under a reservation of rights.
