  • "Experts: unstinting disclosure key with retainer arbitration clauses," Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (Feb. 20). MBA members Susan E. Cohen and Elizabeth N. Mulvey were quoted in an article about the need for lawyers to obtain informed consent from their clients to ensure the enforceability of arbitration clauses in retainer agreements. The article also noted the role of the MBA's Legal Fee Arbitration Board in resolving fee disputes.
