Massachusetts Bar Association member Maria A. Lombardi has joined Todd & Weld LLP as an associate and will concentrate her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including employment litigation and defamation law.
Lombardi represents clients through all stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings, including pleadings, discovery, substantive motions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
While in law school, Lombardi was a litigation paralegal and supervised the firm’s paralegal team at the firm. She obtained her law degree in 2023 from New England Law | Boston, and her undergraduate degree in 2016 from Bridgewater State University.

Hampden County

The Supreme Judicial Court appointed retired Hampden Probate and Family Court Judge David G. Sacks of Holyoke to the Board of Bar Examiners.
Sacks, a dispute resolution neutral, is an affiliate of the Boston Law Collaborative, and an Access to Justice Continuing Fellow working with Senior Partners for Justice. He is vice chair of the Trial Court’s Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Council.
